Construction: Oblique photos of the site taken from various perspectives provide side views that show three dimensional
details and enable emphasis of features and clearly define visual and comparative monthly construction progress. These
views are a popular visual adjunct to progress status reporting and presentations to investors and promote minimization
of "look see" site inspection visits that can save considerable costs in travel time and organization of personnel. Oblique
views are also useful in determining on site construction materials and equipment inventories. Vertical views, that can be
shot to scale if requested, provide a plan view of the project.

Commercial: Aerial photographs are a great asset and provide detailed views with much visual information of your
commercial property or building from above. Vertical views are useful in depicting available areas for future land
development. Oblique views are useful to help promote building sales and provide clients with a visual perspective of the
site and surrounding properties, particularly for large sites where visual inspection is difficult due to obstruction of other
buildings, limited access to adjacent property, trees or other terrain.

For undeveloped land many features and attributes of the subject site and surrounding property become readily apparent
when viewed from above, particularly when physical access may be difficult due to plant overgrowth, difficult terrain or
uncooperative surrounding property owners. Aerial photos provide useful information on potentially undesirable features
